Amlak Finance announced yesterday that it will buy only half of a skyscraper tower in the Dubai International Financial Centre than it had originally planned. Amlak last June agreed to buy 80% of the Sky Gardens tower from First Dubai Real Estate Development, a unit of Kuwaits Al-Mazaya Holding. Amlak and First Dubai have agreed on reducing the purchase area by 50%.
