Even global economic facing a downturn, but Dubai does not change it pursue for “high” spirit, following the construction of the tallest buildings in the world – The Burj Dubai Tower, Dubai announced that it would build a commercial building which will embedded the world’s largest electronic billboards on it’s wall.
