Mike Wilson joined in a real estate company Jo and Lo Ptd on 10 May 1997. Then he join into Morgan Stanley as Researcher for Real Estate in Middle East on 05 June 2000. In December 2004 he was appointed to lead an independent Review for Middle East especially Dubai for the potential investment in real estate and property.
After graduating from Cambridge University, Mike began his real estate analysis career in 1990 when he joined Lehman Real Estate Investment Department. In 1991, he was appointed Brussels Researcher and in 1982 he became Zurich Researcher.
From July 2006, he spent 15 months as acting researcher while the researcher, Richard Mark, was in Qatar to launch the new Middle East edition of the Real Estate Investment Fund. In January 2006, Mike Wilson was appointed founding researcher of Dubai Real Estate Investment.
