I have been working in Qatar for the last two years. Now i got an offer from a UAE firm & they arranged me an Employment Visa(entry permit for Employment). I’m an Electrical Engineering Diploma holder. I don’t have a ECNR stamp in my passport. (passport is with my employer). Will I be able to travel to Dubai without the ECNR stamp? Is this stamp required only when you travel from INDIA?

ECNR stamp is a rubber stamp seen only by Indian authorities while departure from an Indian airport. If you have a UAE employment visa, you can enter that Emirate (Abu Dhabi, Dubai or Sharjah, as the case may be) directly from Doha.
